Abstract: The article examines the consequences of the war for Ukraine’s agricultural sector, focusing on economic, demographic, and environmental aspects. The methodology integrates both quantitative and qualitative analysis across three distinct periods: pre-conflict (2006–2013), partial occupation (2014–2021), and the full-scale invasion (2022). The study reveals significant reductions in sown areas, loss of human capital, infrastructure destruction, and declining production volumes. Particular attention is given to food security challenges and the prospects for Ukraine’s agricultural recovery. The results underscore the need for international support, including funding, infrastructure rebuilding, and the adoption of innovative technologies.
