Abstract: The paper analyzes the activity of the National Network for Innovation and Technology Transfer (ReNITT), identifying the problems it faces in the innovation market. The methodology for the analysis implied the consultation, by responding to a questionnaire, of the accredited entities from ReNITT. On the basis of this analyze it were formulated some development recommendations, in order to accelerate the transfer of research results to the market and to increase the level of innovation in SMEs.
