The influence of telework on organizational performance: Evidence from Romania

Abstract: The goal of this article is to examine the influence of telework on organizational performance. Telework is a work process that help employees do their job activities from distance or out of their work surroundings. The study’s research questions concentrated on analyzing the opinions of 30 respondents within a multinational e-commerce corporation concerning the relationship between telework and the organizational performance based on their company’s effectiveness, efficiency, relevance, and financial viability after the implementation of telework. The study disclosed that there is a relationship between the implementation of telework and the increase of organizational performance.
