Abstract:
As a result of the Paris Memorandum on neutral climatic economies, UE engages themselves to reduce CO2 emissions so as until 2050 to become a neutral climatic economy. In order to achieve this goal, an important measure was taken by UE, one of the most important being the creation of a common electric energy market. Present article tries to present the main regulations and principal actors on the common electricity market.
