The insurance sector’s long-term success depends heavily on effective risk assessment and management. This study explores the complexities of risk profiling within the insurance industry, focusing on identifying and managing high-risk clients. By examining various methodologies and factors influencing risk, this research highlights the challenges in evaluating high-risk clients and proposes strategies for effective risk management. Accurate risk profiling is essential for insurers and policyholders, aiming to enhance resilience and stability within insurance operations.
