Abstract:
European non-reimbursable funds are funding lines that aim to achieve objectives of European or national interest. The absorption of non-reimbursable funds in schools is an important opportunity for education development, but it also requires responsibility and management capacity. The current research is based on survey responses of school managers regarding the implementation of the non-reimbursed financed projects in schools during the period 2021-2 2024. The research results were obtained using descriptive statistics, correlation and factor analysis with SPSS 30.0 software. The current research can represent a basis for well-thought-out strategies and effective collaborations, that schools can transform into significant improvements for their communities.
