Abstract: During 1994, 1995, and 1996, 13 New Mexico State University students participated in an international agribusiness internship project that was funded by a US Department of Agriculture Higher Education Challenge Grant. This article provides a description of the project, a summary of the project, and lessons learned through the project. © 1998 John Wiley & Sons, Inc.
