Abstract: An algorithm for fast calculation of theoretical deep level photoluminescence (PL) lineshapes is presented. The algorithm can be used for effective comparison with experimental spectra in cases of bulk photoluminescence. The method was expanded and for the cases of deep level photoluminescence in quasi-two and quasi-one dimensional electron systems in semiconductors.
