Abstract:
We apply improved Langevin methods with Fourier acceleration toSU(N)×SU(N)/SU(N)spin models in two dimensions forN=3, 4 & 6. We discuss the effect of fourier acceleration and operator improvement techniques, measure the fundamental correlation length on lattices upto1282and observe asymptotic scaling in a physical scheme. Bound state masses are also measured and evidence is found for excited states in all channels. Our results are found to be in good agreement with theory.
