Abstract: This study empirically explores the impact of co-creation on technological innovation and firm performance in the hospitality industry. Further, it examines the influence of technological innovation on service innovation and firm performance. Data were collected, using questionnaires, from 340 managers of the luxury hotels (one to five star) operating in Delhi and Jammu and Kashmir, India. Structural equation modeling was used to test the relationship between the hypotheses. The findings confirm the positive relationship among all the constructs of the integrated model and provide valuable managerial guidance and implications in the context of hospitality industry.
