Abstract: Straßen haben vielfältige Funktionen. Sie sind nicht nur Verkehrswege, sondern auch Wirtschaftsräume und Orte der Begegnung und der Bewegung. Wollen wir mehr Lebensqualität für alle, müssen wir weg von der "autogerechten" und hin zur "befreiten" Straße.
