Abstract: Das Gewaltschutzgesetz gilt als wichtige Errungenschaft im Kampf gegen geschlechtsspezifische Beziehungsgewalt. Sowohl aus dem Gesetzestext selbst als auch aus institutionellen Arbeitsabläufen im Gericht entstehen jedoch Schutzlücken für Betroffene.
