Abstract: The metal spraying was discovered very early. The important uses of this method are the processing and restoration of damaged machinery-parts that are corrosion or incorrect. Material which only needs a small amount compared to the whole of new parts that must be reproduced, used in the restoration. In some cases, restoration of the machinery-parts will have quality and the long-life higher than the new parts. This report presents a study that is about the design of combust-spaying and the heat treatment process.
