Abstract: Group of young researchers in higher education institutions in general perform demandable tasks with relatively high contribution to institutions' and societies' innovation production. In order to analyse in more details interaction among young researchers and diverse institutions in society, we aim toward developing the numerical simulation, agent-based model. This article presents foundations of the model, preliminary results of its simulation along with perspectives of its further development and improvements.
