Abstract: For an organisation with a Pareto-like distribution of the relevant resources we determine the social free energy and related social quantities using thermodynamical formalism. Macroscopic dynamics of the organisation is linked with the changes in the attributed thermodynamical quantities through changes in resource distribution function. It is argued that quantities of thermodynamical origin form the optimised set of organisation's state indicators, which is reliable expression of micro-dynamics.
