Abstract: This book delivers a comprehensive analysis of the various avenues for judicial review in EU law. Alexander Türk sets out the diverse actions available to litigants, dissects current regulations and procedures, and traces the evolution of the functions of judicial review in the Union’s legal system. Coverage includes; actions for annulment, standing requirements, pleas of illegality and interim relief.
