Abstract: This introduction to Part III conceptualizes globalization in legal education as a dynamic process that simultaneously enables mobility, reform, and aspiration while reproducing entrenched hierarchies of class, race, gender, and geopolitical power. Through cases spanning Brazil, Australia, Japan, South Korea, and transnational student diasporas, the chapters trace how global models are selectively adopted, localized, and constrained by enduring meritocratic and institutional logics. Together, they reveal law schools as central sites where global circulation and social reproduction are co-produced rather than resolved.
