Overcoming resistance to law on non-law modules

Abstract:
This chapters acknowledges, and offers routes to lessen, the resistance to lP law that academics encounter when trying to teach non-law students. Approaches that have worked to increase student confidence on postgraduate and undergraduate modules, and with business-based learners, include use of Resources, Voices, IP Ice Breakers, One-Pair-Share, Asking Questions, and Acknowledging ignorance.
