What is groupflow?
.
Chapter 2 in Happimetrics, 2022, pp 9-25 from Edward Elgar Publishing
Abstract:
The chapter gives an introduction to flow, the highest state of human productivity, when people work at their best. It extends it to groupflow, where teams reach the highest state of collective performance. It shows how success is the capability to suffer, and that teams need both diversity and similarity in team member composition to reach groupflow.
