Abstract:
With the increasing overall scale of China’s foreign direct investment (FDI), local talent management of subsidiaries has become a critical issue for Chinese multinational corporations (MNCs). In this empirical study, we analyze three Chinese telecom subsidiaries in France in order to see how country/organization/individual characteristics in different job categories influence the integration process of employees of MNCs from emerging countries.
