Abstract: This article provides an overview of this research whose aim is to see differences in cognitive learning outcomes using case-based learning methods obtained by students after taking Educational Economics courses from three universities that carry out inter-university student exchange programs. The method used in this research was a non-parametric difference test which was carried out on all 105 students who took part in the program. The data analysis technique to determine differences in learning outcomes used the Kruskal Wallis test with the help of SPSS 26. The research results showed that there were no differences in the learning outcomes of students from three universities who took the Economics of Education course in the inter-university student exchange program.
