Abstract: Family law, as a branch of the law system, is one of the most important disciplines that form the curricula of law schools in the country. These considerations were the impetus to rewrite the course for students, with the intention of instilling generous ideas in them, hoping to take them further in order to strengthen the institution of marriage, learning and respecting the guiding principles of the family, as a result of marriage, official union before the secular authority, without neglecting or minimizing the role of the Church, as a permanent moral shield of the family.
