Abstract:
The differences between states regarding transboundary waters appear on an extremely complex background involving a combination of natural but also human factors. Thus, natural phenomena such as global warming, floods, drought, hurricanes, desertification are just a few of the natural elements that influence both the quantity of fresh water and its quality. Given this natural reality, states are required to collaborate more than in any field of international relations to ensure the necessary quantity of this vital resource of life. (The author)
