Chapter 1 in Managementul educaţional în contextul schimbărilor legislative - Educational management in the context of legislative changes (Romanian Version), 2018, vol. 1, pp 5-10 from Editura Lumen, Department of Economics

Abstract: Valuing the human potential, its contribution to the development of Romanian and universal civilization is one of the current challenges of the system of education in our country. The priorities of education in the current legislative context reside in the dynamic changes from what exists at this moment to what it should be, establishing the values that should guide the evolution of the Romanian society in this respect. The democratization of the Romanian society and the efficiency of the public services imply the option of the political parties in the educational field for the decentralization of the educational system.
