Abstract:
The education manager, in the permanent changing context and the direction of school towards transdiscilinarity, should emphasize the complex and integrated character of the following problems: migration, globalization, interculturality, the protection of the environment, the informational explosion, conflicts, which conveys a transdisciplinary approach of education. The transdisciplinary accent means the integrated approach of the curriculum through centering on the real life problems, focusing on identifying solutions, solving authentic life problems, in order to develop transversal competences. The transdisciplinary management (as core of the educational process) means: to learn to be, to learn to know, to learn to do (each of them being connected with the three existential levels: individual, social and cosmic) and the trans-relation between the three levels.
