Abstract: In this management-based work we talked about building a team spirit at the level of the school unit, and the features of a functional team. Another aspect that I had in mind was the specification of the elements that favored corruption at the level of the school units and finally we developed a model of logical matrix, useful for the elaboration of a European project aiming at the development of the institution and the pupil benefiting of optimal learning conditions.
