Abstract: The pre-school age is the stage where the foundations of personality are built. Because of that it is very important to design and organize the activity conducted in the kindergarten. The approach of a educational style needs to boost the interractions betwien kids, ful fill they’re needs for movement and create a permissive environment for spontane curiosity are conditions that allow us a good and efficient management’s in relations with preschoolers. Progress in preschool, primary, as well as in the entire school system, depends on the training and skills of teachers and in particular,on their pedagogical, professional human qualities.
