Educational management is defined as „the science and the art of preparing human resources, of forming personalities, according to finesse accepted by the individual and society†. Educational management consists of „studying the processes and relationships that take place within the educational institutions during the educational process in order to de-copying the laws that generate it and the development of some methods and management techniques based on them, efficiency of this process†.
