Abstract:
Nineteen years of experience have prooved without a doubt that the choices we make have concequences for the way our life turns out, but also for those who surround us. As much as a teacher can complete a kid’s education, the manager has responsabilities towards his subordinates. That’s why my intention is to build a successful career as a manager by being attentive and offering full-quality innovative educational services. These being said, during this managerial mandate, my objectives are as follows: providing diverse educational services that cover the needs of our community’s members, to proove that our scool’s management departement is trustworthy and can be counted on, to make our school friendly by developing educational extracurricular activities with and for the community. My ultimate purpose by working in the management department is to ensure the educational progress for every student of this institution in order for them to achieve high results . However, as innovation is the middle-name of a future manager , one of my objectives is also to develop new courses and opportunities for disadvantaged categories such as people undergoing educational qualifications. On this note, i want to end my summary by saying that i want to be able, at the end of it all, to say that i want to repeat this experience because management is all about teamworking with wonderful people.
