Chapter 2 in Managementul educaţional si calitatea in educatie - Educational management and quality in education (Romanian Version), 2019, vol. 1, pp 15-19 from Editura Lumen, Department of Economics
Abstract:
The concept of quality within the education sector can be summarised by the phrase ‘progress for each student’, it resumes to the satisfaction felt by the beneficiaries towards the services offered by the education provider, teachers’ awareness that pupils’ performance is reflecting their didactic merit and, essentially, the measure of their own performance. Technically, the quality of education offered by an educational institution relates to meeting of a set of standards, standards that are, in essence, reflecting the quality of services offered by the education provider to the beneficiaries.
