Abstract: The echo of what happened in Alba Iulia in October 1922 will be felt in the farthest corners of the Kingdom of Romania. The documents of the time record not only interesting aspects of what was happening at the national level through the presence of the royal family in Alba Iulia and some important guests from European countries, but also the way in which the moment of Coronation was perceived in local communities and remained in collective memory. From this perspective, I approach two aspects of local history based on unpublished and unknown archival information in the historiography related to the anniversary moment of October 15, 1922.
