Chapter 4 in Management educaţional pe plan internaţional - International educational management (Romanian Version), 2021, vol. 1, pp 28-33 from Editura Lumen, Department of Economics

Abstract: In the field of education, volunteering has an extremely important role, aiming at developing students' personality. Born out of love for our neighbor, in a true civic spirit, volunteering is becoming more and more attractive for young people. We discovered this aspect in the children from our school, following the evolution of those who have already taken their "flight". The activities we did at school helped them see life from a different perspective, feeling and realizing that they can be useful to society, that the great change can begin with them.
