Chapter 8 in Project Portfolio Management, 2007, pp 156-174 from Palgrave Macmillan
Abstract:
Abstract The purpose of this chapter is to suggest how to establish procedures and guidelines for prioritising the organisation’s projects. It is intended to provide a starting point from which to establish a project prioritisation process. Prioritisation is the process in which some project work is given preference over other project work, based on specific prioritisation criteria which represent the business strategies.
