Chapter 9 in Project Portfolio Management, 2007, pp 175-184 from Palgrave Macmillan
Abstract:
Abstract In organisations the resource capacity is pulled from all sides by project demand. The resource capacity is defined as the organisation’s facility or power to produce or deploy resources for project work. The resource demand is the quantity and skill requirements of resources needed for project work at a specified time.
