Abstract UnitedHealth Europe (UHE) is a UK subsidiary of the US-based United-Health Group (UHG) and was created in May 2004. The US parent company, which is a private healthcare provider, employs over 60,000 people. Approximately 3,500 of these employees are based outside of the US across more than 40 countries.
