Abstract:
Abstract B&Q is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Kingfisher Group, and is the largest operating company in the Group, accounting for almost 50% of group sales. The largest part of B&Q is UK and Ireland based, with 332 stores, and 15% of the total product market in these areas. B&Q also operate in Asia. This case study focusses on the UK business.
