Abstract:
Abstract Recent history is littered with abortive attempts to apply the tricks, techniques and initiatives of corporations to the public sector, and although the performance of such knowledge transfers in many sectors is gradually improving with accumulated experience, public/ private partnerships seem more commonly associated with failure than with success.
