Chapter 4 in Boundaryless Careers and Occupational Well-being, 2011, pp 42-53 from Palgrave Macmillan
Abstract:
Abstract Starting from a consideration of the recent changes in the workforce and working contexts in terms of boundaryless careers (Arthur & Rousseau, 1996a; 1996b) and the protean career (Hall, 1976; 2001), our concern in the present chapter is related to the study of the career expectations of university students, the workforce of tomorrow.
