What do top companies do differently

Franz Bailom, Kurt Matzler and Dieter Tschemernjak

Chapter 10 in Enduring Success, 2007, pp 145-149 from Palgrave Macmillan

Abstract: Abstract What do top companies do differently? After 4 years of research, we have come a significant step closer to answering this question. We were able to identify important success factors and show the roles they play. We have attempted to demonstrate the challenges that companies should concern themselves with and what we see as the levers of success.
