Chapter 7 in International Turnaround Management, 1999, pp 167-210 from Palgrave Macmillan
Abstract:
Abstract Two related questions are dealt with in this chapter: 1. Where does the turnaround manager find the necessary information, that is, what kind of sources are normally open to him when designing his Blueprint? 2. How does he go about using these sources — from company employees and outside experts to on-line databases and CD-ROMs?
