Abstract:
Abstract Goal of the chapter: What are effective executives doing in social businesses with their complex decision-making processes in the tension between social and economic rationale? This chapter follows up on this question. It introduces central practice dimensions in the context of mission- and strategy-related decision making in social businesses. After finishing this chapter, the reader: knows the concept of ‘practice’ in complex decision making and the central dimension in which social-business executives have to consider their decisions and actions.
