Abstract: Abstract When you think of the term ‘servant leadership’, you probably envision a concept or a particular set of characteristics applied to leadership. When you think of the term ‘servant-leader’ you think of a person; an individual leader. But, what do you think of when you consider the term, ‘servant organization’? Can the characteristics of servant leadership be observed and assessed within organizational life and experience? Can an organization be considered to be servant or non-servant in the same way as an individual leader?
