Abstract:
Abstract The purpose of this chapter is to describe an example of how current system development methods do not accurately capture an organisation’s IT requirements. It is argued that current best practices in both the Agile and CMMI/planned approaches to software development routinely fail to understand the true nature of their client organisations.
