Abstract Executive training: an expression that has long seemed anachronistic. Yet rising uncertainty, upheavals in the corporate environment, increasing pressure from shareholders and stakeholders, in short, the growing complexities of the executive function, have revealed the glaring necessity of offering top executives development training appropriate to their needs.
