Abstract: Abstract Most large organisations today have a partner or alliance network, which includes many different kinds of agreements that reflect international and multicultural issues. Cultural distance, which indicates the degree of similarity between two cultures, increases the level of uncertainty that already exists when international transactions are undertaken.
