Abstract:
Abstract Technology can represent a major source of competitive advantage and growth for companies. However, integrating technological considerations into business processes effectively is a complex task, requiring the consideration of multiple functions (technical, marketing, finance, and human resources). Technology, combined with highly motivated and properly trained people, enables a business to respond rapidly to changing customer demands and to access and develop new market opportunities.
