James J. Lynch
Chapter 12 in The Psychology of Customer Care, 1992, pp 213-223 from Palgrave Macmillan
Abstract:
Abstract Man seeks identity by relating his place in history to what has passed and to what is likely in the future. This accounts for his interest in the chronological psychic time-zone. Man also seeks to gain maximum benefit from the time investment he has had to make in order to acquire things. This accounts for his interest in the durability psychic time-zone.
