Chapter 10 in Strategic Organizational Change, 2005, pp 161-174 from Palgrave Macmillan
Abstract:
Abstract As we have noted throughout this book, the external context in which most of our companies do business is fast-paced and unpredictable. For our organizations to achieve long-run success and sustain competitive advantage in this turbulent business environment, they need to be change-capable – not only adept at navigating the current change challenge, but also able to successfully change again and again and again.
