Abstract:
Abstract To win in today’s fast-paced and complex business environment, we need to be change-capable – agile, innovative, nimble, and alert. Indeed, the ability to change again and again may be one of the most powerful sources of sustainable competitive advantage our organization can possess. Although the content of what we do will vary, the ability to successfully change is a core competence that we know will provide an enduring edge.
