Abstract No matter what job title and company appears on our business cards, the ability to lead change successfully is a critical component of what we do. Increasing global competition, rapid technological advances, unpredictable economic forces, and demanding customers all mean that change is the rule rather than the exception in today’s fast-paced business environment.
